This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Global Safety Academy (GSA), operated by Skill Up LLC. All products and services are digital educational courses delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Digital Nature of Services
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:
- Access to course materials is delivered electronically
- Learning begins immediately after access is granted
- Certificates (if applicable) are issued digitally upon completion
Because of this, standard physical product return rules do not apply.
3. EU / International Right of Withdrawal

- You understand this applies to all digital learning materials and LMS content
